At Unity Ceremonies LLC our Officiants and Celebrants, having received Holy Orders, are ordained Christian/Catholic/Inter-Faith Reverends and Ministers. Any information or advice we provide is faith-based. We are NOT Attorneys or licensed Marriage Counselors and DO NOT offer legal, clinical, or therapeutic advice. All information shared with us is confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

Unity Ceremonies LLC and our Officiants are fully insured for venues in all areas we currently service. If your venue requires proof of insurance, written notice must be provided at least 14 business days before the event. We are NOT responsible for costs or delays caused by late notice. For venues outside our usual service area, please obtain their insurance requirements so we may confirm coverage before booking.

All prices listed are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, event date, seasonality, demand, location, scope of services, and scheduling considerations. Holiday weekends, peak wedding dates, and high-demand periods may carry adjusted pricing. Pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and reflected in the signed contract.

All services require full payment or a retainer. The required retainer is full payment, or a minimum of $300, or 50% of the total—whichever is higher. Events scheduled within 30 days require full payment to secure the date. Any remaining balance (if applicable) is due on the day before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
