At Unity Ceremonies LLC our Professional Officiants and Celebrants having received the sacrament of Holy Orders are Ordained Chirstian/Catholic/Inter-Faith Reverends and Ministers. Any information, advice or counseling received from our staff is considered to be Faith biased. We ARE NOT Attorneys or licensed Marriage Counselors. We DO NOT provide legal or therapeutic advice or counseling. Any and all information shared with our staff will be kept strictly confidential except where disclosure is required by law.
Unity Ceremonies LLC and its Officiant/Celebrants are FULLY INSURED to meet the requirements as Vendors for venues in the State of New York. If your venue needs proof of insurance, we require written notice a minimum of 14 Business days’ (prior to the event) to comply. We are NOT responsible for any costs or liability incurred if you fail to notify us promptly of this need. If your venue is outside our typical service area, we ask that you request insurance information from your venue, we will be happy to then verify on our end if we meet their needs prior to booking.
All services will require a retainer {up to FULL PAYMENT}. The standard retainer is 50% {FIFTY PERCENT} of the total. Retainer amount will be determined by factors including amount of time until services are needed. For example, if your wedding is in less than 30 days, we will require full payment to secure the date. In most cases any remaining payments (minus any retainer already paid) will be due upon day of your event.
